Hello there, my name is Ivan and I am the creator of this blog.
I created this site to help people like you who are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle but need guidance and motivation to do so.
A little about me
At a very young age I started working out with weights and since then I have not stopped. I went through several different sports such as soccer, basketball, athletics, calisthenics, kickboxing and at the same time I never stopped working out with weights alongside them.
After graduating from University (with Computer Science), I started working as a web developer (my other passion).
I am currently doing calisthenics, running, swimming and also riding a bicycle. I just love to exercise and challenge myself.

Over the years, I have gained a lot of experience in the field of fitness and healthy nutrition, so I started helping my family and friends who were trying to gain muscle mass or to lose weight. After that I started thinking how can I help more people and share my knowledge. This Blog was the answer!
In today’s fast way of living, most people are eating fast food and thus harming their bodies. It is extremely important to know what is healthy for you and your body, and what to avoid. My goal is to give you that knowledge.

Food is an essential part of everyone’s lives. It gives us the energy and nutrients to grow and develop, to be healthy and active, to move, work, play, think and learn.

Our bodies were meant to move – they actually crave movement. Regular exercises are necessary for physical fitness and good health. They reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and other diseases. It can improve your appearance and delay the aging process. It is also the best way I know to strengthen your mind and to experience life to its fullest!
- Diets and recipes
Your food choices each day affect your health — how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future. Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.
Without motivation, you can’t achieve anything.
Motivation is such an important life skill to me. The reason it’s important is because I believe that every person on this earth is unique and has a purpose. To reach your purpose, you have to be motivated to work towards your goals which helps your dreams become a reality.
