Energy Boosting Banana-Almond Breakfast Smoothie
This smoothie is very tasty and easy to prepare. It contains a lot of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals that are vital for a good start of the day.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1 scoop Protein power (Chocolate flavor)
- ¼ cup Almonds (raw)
- 1 tsp of Cacao
- 1 cup of Water
- Honey (optional)
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO:
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Pulse until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more water. If too thin, add ice.
